Strawberry smoothie

 

There are many different variations of a smoothie.  

Here is one with body and flavour!

 

2 apples

1 banana

2 cups strawberries

3 tbsp of yogurt

Ice

 

Juice 2 apples and put in the bottom of the blender.

Add banana, strawberries, yogurt and ice.  

Blend until smooth.

 

If using frozen strawberries, let thaw for 15-30 minutes before making and discard the ice.  Makes for a delicious drink any time of the year!
